Framer templatesby Zeus Studio

Seller and privacy

Last updated: 3 November 2026

This page covers the website templates Zeus Studio sells for Framer, starting with Small Hours, a template for cafés and bakeries. It says who the seller is and what happens to your data when you buy a template, write to support or visit a template preview.

Seller

Zeus Studio is the trading name of Matteo Suez, St. Johanns-Ring 121, 4056 Basel, Switzerland.

Email: support@zeusstudio.dev

Templates are sold through Polar Software, Inc. (polar.sh), our online reseller and merchant of record. Polar handles payment, tax, invoices and refunds, so your purchase is with Polar under its buyer terms. Each template comes with Framer’s Single-Use Commercial License: one end product or project, such as one website for you or for one client.

Refunds: templates are delivered instantly as a remix link, so sales are final once the link is delivered, except when the template doesn’t work as described and we can’t fix it within 5 working days, or when you were charged twice. Write to us within 14 days of purchase. This doesn’t limit any rights you have under consumer law where you live.

Privacy

Who’s responsible: Matteo Suez, trading as Zeus Studio (details above).

When you buy a template

Polar shares your order with us: your email address, your name if you gave one, your billing country and, if you entered it, your billing address, and the order details (template, price, tax, discount and invoice number). We use them to deliver the template and its licence, help you, handle refunds, and keep the business records Swiss law requires. The basis is the licence you bought (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in proper business records (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Polar’s own handling of what you enter at checkout is covered by its privacy policy.

When you email support

We use your email address and what you write to answer you, because you asked us to (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), or as part of your licence if you bought a template.

When you visit a template preview

Previews are hosted by Framer, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the pages. Their forms are demos: they aren’t connected to any inbox and nothing you type reaches us. The basis is our legitimate interest in showing the template (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

When you visit this site

zeusstudio.dev is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical data such as your IP address to deliver the page. This site has no analytics, no tracking and no cookies of ours.

Who else handles your data

Google and Cloudflare are certified under the Swiss–U.S. and EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework, which covers transfers of your data to them in the United States.

How long it’s kept

Your rights

Under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection and, if you’re in the EU or EEA, the GDPR, you can ask what data about you we hold, have it corrected or deleted, restrict or object to its use, and receive it in a portable format. Write to support@zeusstudio.dev. You can also complain to a data protection authority: in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (edoeb.admin.ch), in the EU the authority where you live.
